I think this is a great concept. I love how there are changes in the head size so it looks pretty proportional. I also think the different face shapes and skin tones are great. I do have to question, however, why Azula and the Fire Lord are pictured here; they certainly aren't a part of the team (and even Iroh only is at a stretch). However, that's kind of your business. I love how you removed the eyes; it's especially a fascinating effect on Zuko and Suki. However, I really don't like how Momo does have eyes. It makes him stand out in a way that I don't care for. Also, the orange background seems a bit awkward to me; perhaps a transparent one would have been better.
